American Job Centers Management Strategy During COVID-19: A Qualitative Case Study

This book examines how leaders of American Job Centers responded to the operational challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative research approach that included interviews, focus groups, and analysis of organizational records, the study explores leadership strategies used to maintain workforce services during a period of significant disruption.
