Nollyhood respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on Nollyhood in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice that includes the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that has been removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
